All sales are final on all clothes and under garment. Please be sure to email us regarding sizes prior to ordering if you are unsure.
We will only accept returns if there is a mishap on our end or your item arrived damaged.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 5 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will ONLY refund an item if it is faulty or damaged, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
